I called “Now Heating and Air” for a furnace repair. Miguel was the comfort advisor that initially discovered the problem. A failed sensor and blower motor was making my attic a giant hot spot and fire hazard… I was presented with a few options to repair/replace and chose to replace my 27 year old unit. The quote I was given had an economical, ideal and perfect option with details and prices clearly listed. Once I decided to move forward with the new unit install the job was scheduled very quickly. When Johnny, Brian and Rod arrived they took great care to protect my floors and got right to removing the old unit. Once the new unit was in my home the large box that remained was the perfect size for my one year old daughter to play in… Johnny took the initiative and cut out a door and window for her and she basically spent the rest of the day playing in and coloring the box all over… so sweet. When the install was complete I was shown photos (I didn’t want to climb into the basement) of the completed job and the next steps were explained. The new unit is perfectly quiet and working great.

Now HnA did an outstanding job taking care of our issue with our boiler. The technician was knowledgable, friendly and willing to explain everything he was doing in detail. They were great!

Now installed a heat pump/furnace system for me. The technicians were prompt and polite and did an excellent job fitting the units with existing ductwork, cutting metal sheeting to fit, and ending up with a nice clean setup.

I wanted to take advantage of Denver's heat pump rebates, so I called Now. Eric and Tera were helpful during the scheduling and lead up. Albert, Bobby, and Victor we're awesome on install day. Very happy with the service I've received!

Eric treated us like family and it was evident he had legitimate concern about having the issue with our boiler and water heater addressed immediately, as there was carbon monoxide leaking into our home in large amounts and my fiancé is pregnant. He provided us with an array of feasible options and though we did decide to opt for the most expensive one (Combi tankless boiler/water heater unit), he also provided us with different price options on the brand of unit installed. Additionally, he did not try to push the more expensive brand and made us feel confident either choice would provide us with an outstanding setup. As soon as we gave him the go ahead to perform the work on Sunday they came out Monday morning and completed a pretty extensive amount of work by the end of the day Tuesday. The lead tech whom performed our work, Lorenzo, was a great guy and we felt very comfortable having him in our home, not to mention he and his team did amazing work! We couldn’t be happier with the result!
 
I highly recommend this company for any heating or plumbing issues that need to be addressed in your home, ESPECIALLY when it comes to boilers and water heaters! I did extensive research and had a few companies come and assess our situation, not only did Now Heating and Air provide us with the best price, but their honesty and transparency from the start made us feel confident we were making the right decision. Chase Adams did an excellent job yesterday installing our new water heater. He was kind enough to remove an extra water heater (left behind from a previous tenant) on top of the one that had broken down! He was professional, communicative, and helpful. A pleasure to do business with! Highly recommended!

Rod and Zack did a great job with the tankless water heater install. He was courteous, explained the project, took care to cover the floors, worked quickly to restore water to the house, and left the job site clean! It was a very professional job and this is the 2nd time we’ve had Now Heating and Air install products for us.

I used Now Heating and Air for install of a new furnace/AC/tankless hot water heater. Eric worked with me to pick the perfect system and oversaw the process of install to ensure perfection. Which is exactly what I got. From start to finish they were wonderful. Today a leak was found from my new furnace and Now Heating and Air was able to get someone to me same day AND it was repaired. The technician I had was Jordan T. and he was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable at what he was doing and was talking to me step by step on what he was doing. I was having some issues with my A/C unit not cooling my house. He was very thorough with his work and recommended some great options. I will certainly be back with Now Heating & Air. My husband and I have lived in our home for 53 years without air conditioning. August of 2020 we chose Now Heating Air to install our system. We are totally happy with every aspect of the installation and service help.. This past weekend our system had a problem & stopped working. I called first thing on Monday morning to schedule a repair tech. The scheduler was able to send a tech to our home early morning to fix what turned out, to be a minor problem. Anthony, the tech, was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and had everything working quickly. We highly recommend Now Heating and Air.

I have had Now install and maintain a heater unit and and ac unit. I’ve also had them clean out the ducts and perform system maintenance. Each time they come out I’m impressed by the courteous technicians who always take the time to explain or answer my questions. Most recently, Justin came to do a system check and took the time to explain the whole system and what he was checking. Would recommend 10/10!

Rod C and Jonny C were very helpful and patient when coming to do a complete installation of a mini split in the garage. They took there time to make it look good and communicated every step of the way to make sure we was comfortable with how they were installing it. Rod and Jonny was fantastic and I will be a returning customer!!

I am so glad that I called them, they were able to fit me in at the last minute on the same day to get my dryer vent clean so that my dryer could be installed properly. The technician showed up exactly during the time frame that I was given. I was also given a fair price (lower than many other places that I called) that didn't change after the job was completed. I highly recommend this place!

I run a cultivation facility in Denver and have had the pleasure of doing business with Brian over the past few years over at Now heating and air. His level of knowledge and professionalism is comparable to none! He consistently goes above and beyond to help our operation when we’re in need and has done an amazing job at repairing a setup that was poorly installed from another company in the area.
